What to expect
- You will act as the link between business needs and the technical team.
- You will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
- You will gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- You will work closely with the development team in an Agile environment.
- You will participate in sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- You will manage communication with stakeholders and align expectations.
- You will write and maintain functional and non-functional requirements.
- You will model processes using BPMN and UML diagrams.
- You will define acceptance criteria and coordinate testing activities.
- You will monitor system performance, track key metrics, and prepare reports.
- You will help introduce best practices and support the team in analysis-related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Product Owner;
- Good knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience applying them;
- Strong skills in business process analysis and documentation;
- Experience working with requirements and project management tools such as Jira or Redmine;
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Good command of Lithuanian and English (B2+).
Would be an advantage
- Experience working with SQL and databases;
- Understanding of API integrations and web services;
- Experience with UX/UI prototyping tools such as Figma;
- Knowledge of data analysis and BI solutions.
